Brand Intro
PUBLIC RADIO is a retro fashion label founded in
Guangzhou, China in 2021. We pull our DNA from two
worlds: the raw, untamed spirit of the 1970s American
West, and the postmodern, neon-lit city mood of 1990s
East Asia.
We take that Western wildness and run it through a
Tokyo-level system of precision—sharp patterns,
obsessive construction, and craft-first thinking.
Instead of copying American vintage, we break it
down and rebuild it with a Japanese approach to
detail, then let it breathe again through the lens of
Asia’s new generation of hippies.
Today, our customers are spread worldwide. Japan
and Taiwan are our key offline markets, and China is
our strongest online market.
