SHIPPING TIME

We continue to do our best to ship orders quickly and answer all questions via email, chat, or phone. There may be some delays in areas under quarantine or due to unforeseen disruptions; please check with your local postal carriers for more info.

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

United States

  • Express Shipping: $25, 5–7 business days

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $200

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: $13, 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: $30, 5–7 business days

Asia (Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia)

Remote Areas (Higher Shipping Costs Apply)
Some remote areas may incur higher shipping costs of $30–$40.

SHIPPING SERVICE

All shipping services include tracking information. When an order is fulfilled, tracking information will be automatically sent to you. Email publicradio1969@gmail.com if you did not receive tracking details.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

We strongly recommend providing a reliable physical shipping address, as publicradio is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Make sure to fill in your city and postal code correctly; we can only ship if your address is accepted by the carrier system. We are unable to guarantee safe delivery to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.


SHIPPING AREA

We provide worldwide shipping services except for specific countries/regions where shipping is unavailable (a long list of excluded areas as used in the original policy; if you want, I can tailor this list to your actual logistics capabilities).


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If a package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier or courier service used. publicradio is not responsible for items once they have been handed over to the carrier.
